Every surgical case is planned on cone-beam CT imaging and executed under local anesthesia by the same team that handles your cleanings.

Will I need to be referred to an outside surgeon?
Rarely. Most oral surgery — extractions, impacted teeth, grafting, implant site preparation — is performed right here. For the rare case that needs a hospital setting, we coordinate everything.
How is comfort managed during oral surgery?
Local anesthesia, an unhurried pace, and a clear explanation of each step before it happens. Tell us if you are anxious and we will work with you.
How should I prepare for oral surgery?
We provide specific instructions per procedure — typically fasting guidelines where they apply, arranging a ride home, and stocking soft foods. You'll never be left guessing.
What's recovery generally like after oral surgery?
It varies by procedure, but most patients manage with over-the-counter pain relievers and a few days of soft foods. We'll give you specific aftercare instructions and are available if anything feels off during healing.
Does insurance help cover oral surgery?
Many PPO plans cover a portion of surgical procedures, especially medically necessary ones like impacted tooth removal or grafting. We verify your benefits and give you a written estimate before any surgery is scheduled.
How is oral surgery different from a routine extraction?
