Sun City is a well-established 55-and-over community, and gentle, unhurried, clearly-explained care matters here. That's exactly how Dr. Henry Abraham works — and every age is welcome, from grandchildren's first visits to a lifetime of routine care, all with the same care team each time. Families also come to us for Invisalign and dental implants — and if you're on Denti-Cal or IEHP, we accept both.

Sun City, Medicare, and the dental questions that come with retirement
Sun City began as a Del Webb retirement community for people 55 and older — the second one Webb originated — and opened in 1962 along what is now Interstate 215, just south of Perris. When Menifee incorporated in 2008, Sun City became one of its neighborhoods, which is why our Menifee office at 30145 Antelope Road, Suite 105, Menifee counts as the local dentist for most Sun City homes.
Medicare and dental coverage
This is the question we hear most from Sun City patients. According to the state's Medi-Cal Dental handbook, Medicare does not cover most dental care. Some Medicare Advantage plans add supplemental dental benefits, and people who have both Medicare and Medi-Cal can use Medi-Cal Dental for many services Medicare does not cover. Bring every card you have and our front desk will work out which applies.
What changes with age
- Dry mouth is a side effect of many common medications. Saliva protects teeth, so less of it means more decay; bring a list of your medications.
- Root surfaces exposed by receding gums decay more easily than enamel, often at the gumline of older crowns.
- Old fillings and crowns wear and leak over decades and are checked at every exam.
- Oral cancer screening is part of every exam here.
- Missing teeth can be replaced with implants or bridges.
Making the visit easy
The Menifee office is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Weekday slots and Saturdays are both available, so a visit can be arranged around a family member's schedule if someone drives you. Free parking throughout the Menifee Town Center lot, with accessible spaces near Suite 105.
