The Anthem approach

Veneers are the haute couture of dentistry: wafer-thin porcelain shells, individually designed and crafted for each tooth, that transform color, shape, length, and alignment in as few as two visits.

Dr. Henry Abraham designs veneer cases around your facial proportions, skin tone, and personality — not a one-size-fits-all Hollywood template. The result reads as 'great genetics,' not 'great dentist.' We also offer LUMINEERS® for minimal-prep cases.

Veneers sit at the top of the cosmetic ladder for a reason — they can correct color, shape, length, and minor alignment issues that whitening or bonding alone can't fully address. For a smaller fix, like a single chipped tooth, bonding is often the simpler and more conservative choice; we'll walk through both honestly at your consultation.

FAQ

Porcelain Veneers — your questions, answered.

How long do veneers last?

Quality porcelain veneers typically last 10–20 years. They resist stains better than natural enamel and are cared for exactly like natural teeth.

Do veneers ruin your natural teeth?

No. Preparation is conservative — often less than half a millimeter — and LUMINEERS® can require little to no reduction for suitable cases.

How many veneers do I need?

Some patients transform their smile with two; others choose eight to ten across the smile zone. We design to your goals and budget, never to a quota.

What does the veneer process look like, from start to finish?

It begins with a smile design consultation and digital preview, so you can see your projected result before committing. Next comes conservative tooth preparation and precise impressions, followed by temporary veneers that let you 'test drive' the design in daily life. Final porcelain veneers are then bonded and detailed — the full process typically takes two to three visits.

Are veneers reversible?

Not entirely. Because a thin layer of enamel is typically removed to fit the veneer properly, the process isn't undone once it's begun — though our preparation is deliberately conservative, and LUMINEERS® can require little to no reduction for suitable cases. We'll walk through exactly what your case requires before you decide.

Should I whiten my teeth before getting veneers?

It's worth discussing at your consultation. Porcelain veneers hold their shade permanently and won't lighten with whitening later, so if you're considering whitening, doing it beforehand lets us match your veneers to your brightest, final shade.

How do I take care of veneers once they're placed?

Just like natural teeth — regular brushing, flossing, and six-month checkups. Porcelain resists stains well, but avoiding using your teeth as tools (opening packages, biting nails) protects the edges and helps veneers last as long as possible.

What to expect before you book

If you have not been to one of our offices before, what happens at a first visit walks through the whole appointment step by step — what we look at, what it costs, and what we will never do without telling you first. Walk-ins are welcome at every office, though calling ahead means less waiting.

Porcelain Veneers is performed in-house, so nothing here is referred out to a stranger across town. Meet the team who would be treating you, and read how the practice works if you want the fuller picture. We are in-network with the major PPO plans and also accept Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal) and IEHP — see the full list and what it means for your bill.

Choose whichever office is easiest for you: all 3 are here, each with its own hours, parking and directions.
