Sudden toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a crown that came off at the worst moment? Call Anthem Dental Menifee — we do our best to see patients in pain quickly, six days a week, with Dr. Henry Abraham.
25,000+ patients served across our 3 offices
In pain right now? Here's what to do.
Call our Menifee office as early in the day as you can. We'll triage your situation over the phone, get you seen as quickly as we're able, and focus first on relieving your pain before we discuss any longer-term treatment.
You'll never be pressured into a permanent decision while you're hurting. We stabilize the problem, explain your options calmly, and give you a clear written estimate before anything begins.
We regularly help with:
- Severe or lingering toothaches — Pain that lingers with hot or cold, or a throb that wakes you at night, usually means the infection has reached the tooth's nerve. A root canal relieves that pain and lets you keep the natural tooth.
- Broken, chipped, or cracked teeth — A tooth broken at the gumline or too damaged for a filling to hold usually needs a crown to restore it, or in more serious cases a surgical extraction — imaging tells us which before we begin, all done under complete local anesthesia.
- Knocked-out (avulsed) teeth — The first hour matters most for saving the tooth. See the step-by-step guidance below for exactly what to do before you reach us.
- Lost or loose crowns and fillings — A lost crown or filling that's causing pain warrants a call right away. We'll get you comfortable, protect the exposed tooth, and arrange the replacement without delay.
- Abscesses, swelling, and infection pain — Facial swelling or a pimple-like bump on the gum are signs of infection. Treatment is usually a root canal to remove the infected tissue, or an extraction when a tooth can't be saved.
- Dental trauma after an accident or sports injury — Whatever the cause, our first priority is getting you out of pain — then, once we know the extent of the damage, we'll walk you through repair options, from bonding to a crown to root canal therapy, calmly and without pressure.

Emergency care from a dentist who already knows Menifee
Anthem Dental Menifee is personally led by Dr. Henry Abraham, practicing since 2001 — 25+ years caring for Inland Empire families. Emergencies are handled in-house with cone-beam 3D imaging and modern anesthetics, by the same team you'd see for a routine cleaning. No referral to another practice across town while you’re in pain. We also welcome patients from Sun City, Canyon Lake, Romoland, and Perris.
Open six days a week
We're open mon–sat 10 am – 6 pm, including Saturdays — so a Friday-night toothache or a weekend chipped tooth doesn't have to wait until mid-week. Call as early as you can and we'll do our best to fit you in. We are in-network with the major PPO plans, and separately accept Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental) and IEHP, with CareCredit and Sunbit financing available.

FAQ
Emergency dentistry in Menifee — your questions, answered.
Is there an emergency dentist in Menifee?
Yes. Anthem Dental Menifee treats dental emergencies for patients across Menifee, Sun City, Canyon Lake, Romoland, and Perris. If you're in pain, call (951) 302-9300 as early in the day as you can and we'll do our best to work you into the schedule.
Can I get a same-day emergency dental appointment?
We do our best to see patients in pain the same day, and walk-ins are welcome if you cannot call ahead. Calling first thing still helps — we are open six days a week, including Saturdays, which gives us more room to fit urgent visits around our scheduled patients.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe or worsening tooth pain, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling, or a lost crown or filling that's causing pain all warrant calling us right away. When in doubt, call and we'll help you decide.
My tooth was knocked out — what should I do?
Handle the tooth by the crown, not the root. Rinse it gently without scrubbing, and if you can, place it back in the socket or keep it moist in milk or saliva. Then get to us as quickly as possible — reimplantation works best within about 60 minutes.
How much does an emergency dental visit cost?
It depends on what's needed — the first priority is a focused exam and imaging to find the problem and get you out of pain. We are in-network with the major PPOs including Delta Dental, Aetna and Cigna. We also accept Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental) and IEHP, and offer CareCredit and Sunbit financing. You'll always get a clear estimate before treatment.
Do you see emergency patients without insurance or on Denti-Cal?
Yes. Uninsured patients and Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental) patients are both welcome for emergency care, with the same care team and standard of care as every other patient. New patients without insurance can also use our $125 exam and X-ray special.
Also serving Temecula and Moreno Valley.
