Before-work appointments
Early check-ins, and keeping your result for good
The Canyon Springs office opens at 9 AM Tuesday through Friday (Monday 10 AM to 5 PM and Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM), which suits aligner patients who would rather get a progress check done before the workday than after it. The office is at 2712 Canyon Springs Pkwy, Suite 3, Riverside; Moreno Valley's two freeways, SR-60 and I-215, both run through the neighboring city, and free parking throughout the Canyon Springs plaza lot, with accessible spaces near Suite 3.
Retainers are the second half of treatment
The day the last aligner comes out is not the end. Bone and gum around newly moved teeth take time to settle, and until they do, teeth tend to move back toward where they started. That is why every aligner case at this office ends with retainers fitted to your final result.
- Wear retainers exactly as instructed — typically most of the day at first, then at night.
- Clean them like aligners: cool water and a soft brush. Hot water can warp them.
- Keep them in their case whenever they are out of your mouth — pets are known to chew them.
- If a retainer cracks or stops fitting, call rather than waiting; teeth can shift within weeks.
If your teeth moved after braces years ago
A common reason adults come in is relapse: braces as a teenager, retainers that were eventually forgotten, and front teeth that have drifted. Clear aligners are often a good way to correct that kind of movement, and the digital scan shows how much movement is involved before you decide anything.
Aligner treatment here is planned by Dr. Henry Abraham, an Invisalign® Preferred Provider, for patients from Moreno Valley, Canyon Springs and east Riverside.
Starting treatment at Canyon Springs
Your first two appointments
The consultation
An exam, X-rays and a digital scan, with time to talk about what you want changed. If there is a cavity or gum inflammation, that is treated before aligners start. An early slot means the whole visit can be finished before a morning shift.
Collecting your aligners
When the aligners arrive, you come back to have them fitted. If your plan uses attachments — small tooth-colored bumps that help the aligners grip — they are bonded on at this visit. You leave with the first sets, a case, and a schedule for switching at home.
Teens at Canyon Springs
For a teenager, a check-in before school is often easier to keep than one after it. A parent is welcome at the consultation, and the plan, the cost and the rules about wearing time can be gone through in Spanish if that suits the family better.
Between visits
Keep the case with you, take the aligners out for anything but water, and brush before they go back in. If one cracks or goes missing, phone the office rather than waiting for your next check-in.
Getting here
The office is at 2712 Canyon Springs Pkwy, Suite 3, Riverside, in the Canyon Springs business park — across the 60 from the Canyon Springs Plaza shopping center in Moreno Valley. The City of Riverside's specific plan for the area names the Day Street exit on the 60 and the Eucalyptus Avenue exit on I-215 as its freeway access.
FAQ
Invisalign in Moreno Valley — your questions, answered.
Is Invisalign available near Moreno Valley?
Yes. Invisalign is provided in-house at Anthem Dental - Moreno Valley, from the digital scan through the final retainers, with Dr. Henry Abraham, at the Canyon Springs office just off the 60.
Do I have to come in every time I switch aligners?
No. Each new set is switched at home on the schedule you are given. The visits to Canyon Springs are check-ins to see that the teeth are following the plan.
I have fillings and a crown. Can I still have aligners?
Usually. Fillings and single crowns rarely get in the way, although a bridge or a missing tooth changes what can be moved. The exam and scan at the consultation settle it.
How early can I come in for a check-in?
From 9 AM on Tuesdays to Fridays, and from 10 AM on Mondays.
